Return & Refund Policy

- At IBA Enterprises, we aim to provide high-quality apparel.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges as per the policy below.
Eligibility for Returns:-
- The request is raised within 15 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The item is not marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items:-
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
Return Process:-
- Go to our webpage, login with your credentials, go to the Order ID and place the Return.
- Our Delivery Partner will collect the material from you.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify approval or rejection.
Exchanges:-
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If unavailable, a refund will be processed
Refunds:-
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
Damaged or Incorrect Products:-
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or videos
- Replacement or refund will be arranged
Cancellation Policy:-
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
